It's Not About What You Take Out, It's What You Add In!

Yes a cleanse is about removing something for a short time. And more importantly it’s about (sh!.. this was a secret, but it’s about gaining healthy habits for life!) That’s right, a cleanse isn’t a diet. You don’t starve or feel deprived. You eat until you’re satisfied, and you learn new things to satiate you. It’s important to find healthy things for all of us. Sure we all like sweets from time to time. And you can also still have lots of sweet fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, grains and stevia during a cleanse! 

At the root of our healing, is the mama earth element. We need to nourish the earth; associated with the spleen and stomach to heal. That means eating whole foods. In the Vitality at the Root cleanse you learn ways to get variety and eat clean and listen to your body. We find that our portion sizes come back into balance here. We learn that there are meals and snacks that we want to continue doing because it feels so good! We learn that nature intended for us to feel good, because along the way symptoms naturally fall away. Often some weight also easily falls away and the stomach roll reduces or dissipates. 

Probably my favorite part is how much energy you get if you make this into a parasite cleanse. When the body isn’t having to move through the sludge from parasite waste and overgrowth, our body doesn’t have to work so hard. It rids the toxins. This is also why the pain is removed.
