Our Imagination & Discernment With AI
I am not down with using AI for everything. I think it can be used occasionally, but needs to be used wisely, as we are all artistic and smart enough to do our own thinking and whether or not you consider yourself an artist, you are a creator. That is how we are designed in the image of God/Universe/Creator/Source.
If we allow AI to make all our things, we will lose our ability to use our imagination at some point. Gregg Bradden has talked about this extensively with science on YouTube. I love that he also bridges spirituality and science. As for me, I’ll keep writing my own things and creating my own works of art. Yes, AI can be a tool, but let us not forget that like all things, use it or lose it.
I also learned recently how AI is taking an immense amount of our water supplies already, more than the bottled water demand. That is hard to believe. For the love of our environment and wild places, let us keep in our heart the remembrance that while it’s easy to use something with the touch of a button, we can just as easily lose it, and I mean this in terms of species, wild places, and the beauty of the places that deserve and need to be protected for all of us.
