Amma the Great Balancer

I sometimes don’t know how I will leave behind the summer that I love so dearly. But as I’ve continued over the years to get more balanced, I find that fall brings its own loveliness, and I find that I can focus on new hobbies that are equally as fulfilling. Amma Therapy: acupressure & bodywork, breathwork yoga, walking and eating with the season are the key to keeping me balanced with all my elements.

It used to be that I fought the fall, and the ending of summer was hard to accept in body and mind. I longed hard for the heat and the sun's intensity. I tried hanging on for all it was worth instead of flowing, feeling an ache inside as I had to let go with no choice. Do you feel that way with the tide of fall moving to winter?

It feels so much better to feel ease from one season to the next now. As autumn turns to winter, I trust and know the gifts of the season with all the bare trees in their glory, will be with me soon. And I’m grateful for the present.
