Put Yourself First and Keep Up Your Self Care

Interesting how it only takes one day for our health to start to crumble. To make the wrong choice, to have an accident, to start thinking things that could spiral you out, to stress and then not sleep well,  or eat foods that really disrupt the body. The body and its symptoms are always showing you its needs. And what comes to the surface physically are reminders to each of us to take the time for self-care. 

This can also come about when we put others before our needs, and when we do, the body resists and tells us through the pain or frustrating symptoms. In listening to our physical or emotional needs, we can attend to our heart and physical being with a course correction.

And when we get to a place of imbalance, we need to reach out to a practitioner for guidance on our best path of healing, and take the extra time to rest and allow the body to heal.
