What Are You Picking in the Garden of Your Mind?
Our mental space; that is our thoughts, our words, emotions, and what lurks around our space are the most important things for us to be aware of. I recently had awareness around fears that were taking up some space around me and they came up more in relation with Cente, my cat. As I pet him I was concerned, as he felt somewhat lacking in vitality. After some time I realized I had a fear about something with my body, and was projecting this. This was while we were outside earthing in the garden.
In so noticing this, I felt into my fear, had a little cry, and released this worry that was unfounded and was trying to form into a belief around me. I apologized to Cente, then thanked him with deep gratitude. He looked at me with deep knowing in his eyes as the tears fell from mine. I cleared out these negative thought forms, created a shield around myself, and prayed for protection. I then pet him again and he felt whole and well. It was somewhat strange, but it was all an illusion of ill health in a negative thought form I had created for him, and me. With this deep recognition, I was able to let it go.
This moment in time is demanding we pay attention to how each of us do this. Finding innerscapes of peace; of seeing ourselves in health, beauty, acceptance, abundance, & right livelihood is how we actually take a stand in this time. I had a choice point to go on a path where I manifested illness about a story our society often does believe regarding the body. I know everything comes down to beliefs. So I chose to stop believing in something that wanted to prey on my attention in a negative way and send me on a trajectory of illness.
Let yourself have awareness like picking up a smooth rock from the water and holding and feeling it, and seeing how you’re spending time with it. Will you choose to spend time with thoughts that focus on ill health, lack, fatigue, sorrow, difficulty, or being a victim? Sure these thought forms will come into all of our minds on the daily. But we must cultivate and choose. Our minds are a garden that we can harvest later. Will you pick beautiful things that make you in awe like the flowers and trees that grow for us? Or will you find yourself thinking or paying attention to the old trauma patterns that are full of thistles and useless weeds?
We all have rapid abilities to manifest things; as we are powerful cocreators of each moment, and this world. What you choose to listen to in your downtime will also greatly impact what you allow in. Be vigilant with your time and your energy. Choose to focus on things that are of the beauty way. These will bring in love, connection, expansion, ease, fortitude, and inner growth. With discipline and time, and grace with ourselves as we notice these things, we each can create our greatest life.
