4 Ways to Make an Important Shift That Will Last

You must believe that you can and will change. And if you aren’t sure if the belief is there yet, you can ask for someone else to hold your hand and help you believe until you do. There are ways to shift beliefs, but ultimately we have to be open that things can change and a new way of life or a new path or chapter in life is possible, and that is what we want. 

  1. Master your mind and watch your language. We all like to stay attached to limiting language. If we always refer to our dis-ease as though it’s a part of us, how can we ever heal it? We can work on our language, reframe, and work on non-attachment. Yes, we can acknowledge the present circumstances. But we have to shift our thoughts, our self-talk and how we relate to others through our language. 

  2. Take action steps that will help. If you aren’t sure where to begin, follow intuitive hunches. Do not only rely on spirit or prayer and ignore signs that may be leading you to a book, video or practitioner that will guide you to the right healing techniques for you. 

  3. Surround yourself with people who are like-minded. You will find that you will grow in the ways that you want to change when you find people who are doing similar things as you. They say we are like the 5 people we spend the most time with. We vibe with our tribe.
