  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice 

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste


A mix of raw and/or cooked green vegetables, such as:

Cauliflower with peas and add in raw red onion

Broccolini or carrots sauteed in avocado oil 

Kale sautéed with caramelized onions, cayenne, and lemon
